All claims must be lodged with Footwear & Apparel within 7 days of goods receipt, quoting the invoice/order number and date. Footwear and Apparel shall, repair replace or refund the purchase price of the goods, if applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993- see our Terms and Conditions of Sale online for more details.
Need to exchange size?
Call us on 0800 826 826. We may ask you to place a new order of the correct size and once we have received the incorrect size back we will process a refund from the original order.
